Providing your organization's Meeting list information on the Internet's
World Wide Web is virtually assured to happen at some point, either now
or in the future. AllOne has developed
a set of tools that offers 12 step organizations a secure process for having
always-up-to-date Meeting information available on the Web today.
If one of your organization's goals is to have accurate meeting information, the Web is a great way to stimulate people to provide the updated information. One 12 step organization reported that in about 2 months of listing their meeting information on the Web, they got more updates than they had gotten in the last few years! If you are interested in this - AllOne's Service
is here to help you better achieve that goal.
If one of your organization's goals is to help people who want to
go to a meeting... to be able to get to the meeting - AllOne's Service
is here to help you better achieve that goal.

Note: If your organization is not a 12 step organization, feel free to contact me if your organization has similar needs.
The following database demonstration is just one sample implementation
of what AllOne's Services can provide to 12 step organizations. It is primarily a
sample of a "Regional" 12 step meeting list database.
A "World Wide" database would be similar with the addition
of selections for Country, Language, State, maybe Area Code or Zip Code,
and so forth. When appropriate, the Web pages would limit how many Meetings
could be reasonably viewed or searched for at a given time.
One of the goals of this sample demo was to show two "extremes"
(for lack of a better word), in which Meeting information can be displayed
and searched using AllOne's 12 Step Web Service.
In first case or example, the introductory Web page was designed to
imitate what people who go to the Meetings are used to seeing, an actual Meeting booklet.
When you go to the actual Web demo page, and if you have never been
there before, the "introductory" page will look close to the
actual Meeting booklet. The reason I say "if you have never been
there before" is because one of the features of the Web pages produced
by AllOne's Services is that it can memorize for each user, what page that
the user wants to view when the user returns to the Web site at some future
date.
Note that your organization does not have to implement all (or any)
of the features seen in this demo. The page can be set up differently (it's
under your specifications), and of course, the content of the description
of codes and how they are displayed in the Meeting information listing
vary with each organization.
Remember that you can have your Web based Meeting information be at
a Web address that follows your organization such as "http://www.YourOrg-meetings.org".
When viewing the demo database, you will find a button called "Power"
which takes you to the other "extreme" of the demonstration,
features that a "Power user" might want to have. This "Power"
page is intended to show some additional possible features
that AllOne's 12 Step Services can provide.
